Growing My Agency

Hello Bob,

I just started my own multicultural staffing agency about two years ago. I have one client that continues to give me ongoing business but I am looking to expand. I have been tenacious with my outreach to potential clients but I am looking for more ways to get my company out there. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Tameka, I would develop a database of targets. Make sure you connect with the decision teams. Use client testomonials as a way to prove your agencies reliability.

A major concern in our business is utilizing the "hit and run" agencies who do not provide reliable staffing.

Email on a targeted basis and follow up with phone calls.

I ENTER CODES AND HAVE BEEN GETTING THE TRAVEL 500 PTS FOR PRIORITY POINTS AND DID THIS REWARDS 3 TIMES AND THAT IS THE LIMIT. SO THEN I SAVED ENOUGH POINTS FOR THE 2000 PRIORITY POINTS AND WHEN I SUBMIT IT IT STATES THAT I CAN NOT RECEIVED THIS REWARD. YES I DID GET THE 3 500 POINTS REWARDS BUT NOT THE 2000. IF I KNEW THIS IS HOW IT WAS DONE I WOULD OF SAVED THE POINTS AND CASHED IN FOR THE 3 2000POINTS. I AM A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. NOW I HAVE SAVED POINTS AND NOTHING REALLY INTEREST ME

I work for a Promoter who has several Car Shows in the Northeast. I am always looking for new businesses to participate, especially major products that have \\\”product tours\\\” during the summer months that travel to events across the country. How can I get my Shows on the list of Events that Marketing Companies look at when scheduling their product tours? Or, is there an active list of Event Marketing Companies that schedule tours at Events?

I have just recently heard of the TracyLocke. I would like my daughter to be part of the phenomenom. My daughter\\\’s name is Jaziah. Jaziah is six months old and the love and joy of my life. She has a smile and a look that would make your heart drop. She can make you spoil her without even knowing it. How can I get her into modeling wheather it\\\’s her being a Gerber Baby or a stocking model? A lady told me that Tracy Locke was the way to go. She told me the location in Texas is really good. At first I was skeptical about her doing any modeling, but when I look into those eyes I see a beautiful baby who makes me proud everytime I look at her. She has a face the world needs to see. Can you help me?

Hi. Tracy Lokce is an ad agency. Highly unlikely they would specialize in baby modeling although they may use an agency to resource talent.
