Loss of 400 points I recently asked for 400 points for the Brunswick Bowling package from your My Coke Reward program only to find out that it was supposed to have been E-Mailed to me, which I did not get and when I checked further, I was told it was expired and lost my 400 points. This is not right. I think that I should have either my package redeemed or my points reassigned. I sent an E-Mail and have not gotten a response. Please advise! Thanks!
