How long should a company keep the completed sweepstakes entry forms (sent in by their customers) for a particular promotion? Is there a standard rule or can they be discarded after a winner has been selected and been awarded the prize?

In most cases, we keep entries for at least one year from the time the last prizes have been awarded in the event there are any issues that arise in connection with the drawing.
