I was wondering whether a text message entry sweepstakes needs to have an alternative entry option such as mail in or free online entry? Thank you for your time and consideration.

Since some text messaging plans offered by phone companies still charge a per message fee, an alternate free method of entry is required to be offered in order for the sweepstakes to be
legal
