Florida's requirement ,which is the most stringent of the state requirements, is 60 days from date of winner selection. If you are unable to send prizes within that time frame (due to lack of confirmation of all winners), you may submit an extension letter to Florida and receive an additional 60 days to award the prizes . If necessary, you may continue sending the extension letters until winners are confirmed.
